Trying to share with cousin Cavyn...so nice

AH!!! Mom has too much fun with my hair!

My baby stood up in the bathtub this evening, grabbed the drain thingy and let go and stood there...for about 1 second...until I grabbed him! Um..I really don't know what he's thinking...but he's too little to be trying to be so big these days.

9 Months & 3 Weeks

Adrian is such a good baby! He has been crawling around all day, entertaining himself with his toys, or banging on the window and yelling at the dogs. Of course, he has a new scratch on his cheek, tried going down the stairs head first, put caulk in his mouth as well as tried to put a dirty rag when barry was cleaning the bathroom in his mouth. At one point I couldn't find him and he was inside the magazine coffee table and another time, he slyly and quickly made it to the top step before I noticed. Anyways, he's a pretty good baby!

Today he's drooling a lot...I wonder if he's teething again. Maybe he's just so excited about everything and forgets to close his mouth...leaky faucet.

He's so much more talkative these days. Barry says he sounds like the aliens on 'Mars Attacks'. He is waving a lot these days as well. We are encouraging clapping as well but he hasn't done it himself yet. Barry and I are using sign language for eat, water, bottle, play, wait, up, more, and all done. So far he hasn't started using them but he does stop whining when I sign and say 'all done' and 'wait' or 'up'. He just wants to be acknowedged I guess.

He's a tough baby, he doesn't cry when he bumps and bangs himself up unless he is actually hurt which isn't often suprisingly. Some babies cry at every bump but luckily he's not as dramatic. I recognize when he's bumped himself and acknowledge it (luckily I've had lots of experience and can hide my surprise usually) but Barry doesn't and when I asked him why he doesn't say 'uhoh or something' he said 'he's fine'-the differences in mom's and dad's I guess.

So I love making his food! Recently to our overstuffed freezer of baby food, I have added rice pilaf ground into texturous pieces, cooked shredded chicken, ground cooked butter beans, along with his lentils and all his vegies and fruits. He loves mango these days, feeding himself banana, and still loves his yogurt and avocado as well as chicken noodle soup.
Speaking of food, it's time for a snack of mango! He's stuffing his mouth.
Recently he's tried some new foods: orange juice, rasberries, and squash!!! I waited on squash since Barry's allergic/sensitive to it and I didn't want Adrian to have a reaction to it. I can't tell you how excited I am that he isn't allergic and that he also loves it. It's so good for you.
He also loves ummm....how should I say this?...chocolate...yes, the bad mother I am has given him tastes of chocolate. He likes dark chocolate the best. This mother of his has also given him peanut butter in the form of a chocolate peanut butter cookie. So he's not allergic to pb either!! He's tried tomato sauce but not a lot since this could also result in a sensitivity this young. Anyways...he love big boy food and feeding himself and is sometimes stubborn and doesn't want to try food since he's not doing it even if he's hungry and likes the food once he tries it. I see his Taurus tendencies coming out...just like his dad. Laid back but very stubborn when it comes down to certain things. I can live with two of them I guess.

His favorite game right now is 'I'm gonna get you'! He gets so excited he throws his toys into the air or his arms and practically hops away. Then he'll turn and chase you but if you look at him he'll turn around and try to get away as fast as his little crawlers will take him! It's so fun and his mouth hangs wide open the whole time! Hide and seek is fun also and he likes to cover himself with his blanket or crawl after me to find where I've gone.

He knows 'uh uh' means 'not allowed' and has listened by leaving whatever it was alone when I say this, such as the outlet and cell phone chargers and trash cans and dogs water bowls. He stops and looks at me like I caught him and then if he's in a listening mood crawls away. He sometimes is ornery and looks at me and then goes back to the outlet or whatever and I have to move him away. He's only 9 months but so smart!

I'm trying to get him on a nap schedule...or to have everyone keep his nap schedule. He naps from 9:30am to 11/11:30am and then again in the afternoon anywhere from from 1:30 to 3 for up to a couple of hours. He's in so many different settings that it's hard to keep everyone on the same page.

On other notes, work is busy, dogs are annoying me, Barry is out playing with his friends as usual and I'm still in my pj's. It's the weekend, don't judge! At least my house is clean, that makes me feel good and it's not even Sunday evening. We are going to rent a movie on pay per view tonight and I have a bottle of pinot noir and I'm making surprise wontons! Go me!

Last night we went to Boulder to surprise Melissa for her birthday. Tom got her friends and family together for dinner at the Walnut Brewery! Adrian was a trooper and didn't officially make it to bed until 11:30pm but did nap in the car.

Video: Climbing Down Stairs

Happy Valentines Day!!!!!!!!

Happy V Day All!

And now a word from Adrian: ';/.6ggf
Ok and now you know.

Dad is working today, mom is off and feeling semi-motivated but may soon lose that as she realizes how much there is to do on the weekends. Dinner at 6:30 at @ Enzios!

I often realize that A is growing out of his clothes and make a deal with myself: only 1 more time. Really he doesn't get to wear clothes enough before he grows out. If anyone would like to borrow clothes from me (Julie, Christie, Rachel) than call me and we can go through the boxes. I'll label what I want back but I don't mind sharing.

Adrian is feeling much better and is at the tail end of his month+ long sickness. Daddy stayed home with him Wed, Thur, and Fri. He wasn't feeling well, some sort of stomach thing, and 'I' (and by I, I do mean 'we') wasn't paying for child care if he was home.

A is a full time crawling and can book it up the stairs in less than a minute! Right now he's meandered into the hall and it's only days before he decides to go down by himself (hopefully the right way with all the practice we've been doing.) I hate gates. Hopefully we'll never have to use them.

Yay for Weekends!

Adrian was playing downstairs yesterday while mom was upstairs cooking and cleaning and he decided to come upstairs instead of whining for mom! Yay for newfound mobility and freedom! (Of course mom runs and gets the camera instead of worrying about Adrian falling backwards down the stairs and what to do about that. Mom says that the kid has to learn about gravity one way or another.)

Today was fun! Mom and Adrian got to hang out with Cousin Cavyn and Aunt Julie. We went to the park, a coffee shop, and Target. Then Adrian napped while mom ran errands to the bank, gas station to fill a leaky tire, and the library book drop.

Spring Canyon Park is awesome! It is an interactive playground for children with all needs. Wheel chairs even fit on most of the playground equipment. It has a special baby section too. Who loves to swing? Adrian! He also tried sand for the 1st time today sitting in the sand bowl. He posed as an Indian, wait he doesn't have to pose, he is Cherokee. He loves Cavyn and smiled a lot at him but didn't want to touch him since he still has a cold :( And that hat: How cool! Grandma Biss made that for Adrian for his first St. Patrick's Day coming up! And yes...mom cut herself some bangs as she is bored to death with her hair these days and doesn't have time to style it.

Mobile Munchkin

My baby climbed up 7 steps this evening! He's so big! He was so proud of himself as he climbed and I cheered him on.

Last night Barry and I went to a Baby Sign Language class. I didn't really learn anything new however Barry is psyched about it now! Goal accomplished...and the teacher was hilarious.

My childcare provider has decided to continue to watch Adrian on Th and F!!! She is also moving to a house with a backyard next month!!!

So happy it's the weekend!

Creeping..Crawling... All Around...

Well, we have mobile baby! He creeps he, he crawls (once in awhile), he gets into EVERYTHING, he pulls up, he chases cats and dogs, and he also dives off of beds! And his mom works for child protection....no one's perfect. Right now he's emptying the trash can in the office.

Did I mention he still puts everything in his mouth? Oh no! his butt is inside the trash can. He can't figure out what is going on. But it makes him laugh nevertheless.

I'm interviewing for a new childcare provider today and into next week. It's such a hard thing, especially b/c I have no time and I'd rather be home with him.

Barry's nervous about the stability of his job right now.

Grandma's b-day is on Wed! Big 5-0!!!

New Babysitter

I have to find a new babysitter. My babysitter isn't licensed and doesn't want to risk anything so she is taking a break until she gets licensed as an in home daycare. It's a smart move but it sucks for me.

Adrian has a cough and runny nose, I have a bad cough, Barry might have pink eye. EEWWWW! I hate being sick!

Adrian got up on his knees and did a few knee hops towards me today! I think he's going to start crawling soon!

Scooting

Still all sick around here. I feel like I have the stomach flu however that usually only lasts a couple days. Barry feels the same. Coughing and runny noses still all around as well. I made it through the week of work at least. I've been getting rest, drinking water and eating so why hasn't this gone away yet? I hate being sick. My babysitter and all her kids are sick also. My coworkers are getting sick one by one as well. Blah!

Adrian's shots gave him huge welts on his legs. I feel bad for him. Today is the first day that they aren't bothering him as much. The doctor said it is normal for the welts to last up to 4 weeks! He had a great day at childcare as well. I think he's starting to feel much better altogether.

He's doing great scooting on his tummy and now says 'mama' repeateadly when he wants something. Barry says when he doesn't want something or is upset he pushes you away. He's very stubborn and knows exactly what he wants and cries if he doesn't get it. He's starting to wave and to 'share'. He tries to put his spoon in your mouth, or hand over his toys. He laughs when you get it but usually wants it back or else cries.

New Doctor

So everyone is sick in our house. I think I have a stomach bug, Barry has a stuffy head and bad cough, baby has a stuffy/runny nose. I made it through most of work...right before Children's group I started feeling like I was going to throw up...luckily most of the kids didn't come and a coworker who does Children's group with me, stayed and watched the one kid that showed. I'm hungry but it hurts when I eat...my intestines feel like they are twisted.

Adrian went to a new doctor this morning (probably how I got sick) because we haven't been in awhile...er...since he was 2 & 1/2 months old. His new doctor is Dr. Craig Widness at Med Peds. He weighs 19 lbs which is the 40th percentile, is 28.75" long which is the 70th percentile, and has a 17.5" head circumference which puts him at 30th percentile for head growth. He also has a slight heart murmer which is hereditary on Barry's side. The doctor is not worried and says he will just keep a watch on it. He said that sometimes the heart and body grow at different rates since babies grow so fast. Barry's went away but his brother's didn't (well maybe it has now).
Doctors are all the same. I let him know up front how bad I am about going to doctors and how I am wary of shots, medicine, etc. He listened and gave his opinion and stated that I had a choice. Adrian got his second round of shots: 2 shots-all combos of shots. He did great! He only cried when he was getting them but settled right down when I picked him up. He was a little fussy today for G'ma and G'pa but got tylenol for pain and lots of attention. He has not had a flu shot...dr. said that he's only seen 1 case so far all season but last 2 years were bad. Any time I've gotten the flu shot, I've also gotten the flu. Anyways....next appt is in 6 weeks so he can get caught up on his immunizations. I guess we don't live in a bubble and I can't treat him like we do.

Adrian is consistently saying "mamamama" and "mababamaba". He also says "dadada" sometimes. FYI: this is called cannonical babbling and C-V (consonant-vowel babble). Next will be C-V-C and V-C-V babbling. I think the way children acquire language, speech, and communication is amazing. We are working on sign language with him still: eat, water, please, thank you, milk, and whatever else we think of. We should be more consistent but it's hard when we're so busy. Adrian is moving across the floor by scooting on his tummy, pulling with his arms, and pushing with his toes. He will soon be more efficient at moving. He can move from sitting to laying, laying to sitting, rolling both ways, sitting to pulling up to standing, he has also been seen 'cruising' from one end of the couch to the other. He can get into crawling position but just rocks until he falls on his tummy. He may not do the traditional 'crawl'. When we practice with him, he just wants to crawl on his feet and hands like a chimpanzee. He loves playing with his toys, playing peek-a-boo, chewing on everything especially bottles of lotion or tubes of diaper creme and phones or remotes.

Sick Baby

My baby is sick. 1st time since his congested cold. He started with a low grade fever friday morning at 6am. I gave him some tylenol and he nursed then he slept till 9:30. He took a ride with me to pick up a kiddo, then dropped him off at Amber's. He was fussy off and on and got more tylenol at 11 and 3. I picked him up and nursed him, Barry took over while I went to work. He took cat naps on daddy. I came home and he got more tylenol at 8. He took at bath and finally fell asleep at 9:30-ish. He woke at 2 with a high fever of 103. I called the nurse line and she said we've done everything right, just make sure he's getting fluids, has wet diapers, take off his clothes and let him sleep in a diaper, only give tylenol once fever gets to 102, it's not necessary before that. He's not eating either, except for an occasional cheerio or puff. His body is fighting off a virus and doing what it's supposed to. He has a stuffy, runny nose, had a bit of a cough last few days, and some seriously poopy diapers. He had 8 on monday. Anyways, I'm taking a break to eat breakfast and drink some coffee while Barry snuggles with him. I hope this goes away soon. I should probably waited on the tylenol in the first place so that his body could have fought this off faster, but it was 6 in the morning and he was in pain. I don't know what else to do, he's so uncomfortable no matter what we do. It's so hard to see him in pain. Of course, Barry thinks he's getting sick also.

Adventures With Food

Trying tofu: Jan 09-Loves the texture and the ability to feed himself.

Either counting peas or trying to pick them up.

So sleepy.
Yay for dessert!

1st Pickle: New Year's Eve

Eating in the Bumbo Chair!!! He uses it in the shower or to eat or whenever he needs a seat.

Tried Fish for 1st Time: 1/11/09 Stop taking pictures mom! I just woke up and want to eat in peace. Avocado, Fish, Raw spinach leaves, and french fry.

What? Why would you think I need a bath? These are leftovers. Fine, give me the bucket and soap...I'll do it myself, just like I fed myself.

Busy Saturday

Yesterday was fun and busy! Adrian and I went to the photo shoot for the new brochures for Children, Youth and Family Services for Dept of Human Services. It was interesting b/c they didn't tell us what to do, just 'sit here' or 'look out the window'. Adrian and I just did what we do...he bit my chin, hit me with his toy, pulled my hair, and I probably made awkward faces whenever the camera clicked. Maybe we'll get to be ont he brochure for the HUB and mediatation with the subtitle; 'Do you and you child fight? Come to the HUB and seek mediation to help resolve your issues resorting to physical violence.' The new logo and brochures are awesome however.

After that we went to Target to get snacks for mom's group at Julie's. Of course we spent more than we thought we would but mom remembered we needed cat food and papertowels, etc. Adrian is such a big boy sitting up in the front seat of the shopping carts now!

Then mom's group at Julie's was our next destination. Let it be known that on Jan 10th 2009, Neshamah arrived early and before anyone else to her destination. Being on time or closer to on time than usual is always a new year's resolution. Now that I got that out of the way I can move on with the year!

Mom's group was fun: Julie and Cavyn, Christie and Maddox, Rachel and Leo, Selene and Collette, Shannon and Leah, and Neshamah and Adrian all attended. We all brought food and sweets and ate, talked and fed babies, Julie had some good information printed up for us as well as some fun baby facts 'such as babies born in May (Adrian and Collette) weigh more on average than babies born in ANY other month', we took lots of pictures and decided to do the next one on a Sunday in Estes at Rachel's. Our fun activity was 'plaster hand/foot prints' of our babies. Adrian laughed so hard when I made the compression of his feet...which must have tickled! Everyone hung out for about 2.5 hours but Adrian passed out as the last person besides us left. I let him nap and hung out with Julie and Cavyn.

Then we decided to go out with Julie and Chris with their friends who also just had a baby to go bowling. I picked up Barry and we hung out till 11. Sadly our baby doesn't just sleep everywhere anymore. He loved to watch everyone bowling from his perch in his stroller. Amazingly there were many babies and children out bowling on Sat night. Who knew?

Something new I learned about my son is that dogs scare him. I think that is a good thing and for safety/self preservation since it is only dogs he doesn't know or when our dogs bark ferociously. Last night I locked the door and when Barry came home he rang the doorbell and the dogs barked really loudly. Adrian freaked out, clawing at me and screaming. He was so terrified and it took some time to calm him. I felt so bad and yelled at Barry to knock on the stupid door at midnight.

Adrian does love playing with the cats and dogs though. In the morning he wakes up and rolls and scoots all over the bed trying to get the cat who likes to curl up by my feet. The animals are getting used to him and let him pet them. Of course, we would never leave him alone with the animals since no animal can be trusted 100%.

Modeling

Well...Adrian's first modeling opportunity is here. My work needs volunteers for brochures and this saturday at noon is his 1st gig. After that we will be attending a mom's group hosted by Julie!! Busy day.

Adrian came to work with me this evening to help me pack up my desk. He reached out and wanted to be held by other people. He's so outgoing and social! We are moving to a new building this week ... very excited!!!

8 Months & Happy New Year!

Grandma & Grandpa gave Adrian his present when we got home last weekend. HOW COOL!!!!! He just loves them and they are so good to him. I’m so thankful that they can be part of his life every week. Family is so important and it’s awesome having some of both of our families nearby as well as being given opportunities to visit others.

Adrian had a happy new year last night. He woke up right before the ball dropped. We went across the street to our friends’ house and we got to also see some friends that we haven’t seen since Adrian was born.

Baby and mommy stayed till the ball dropped but daddy stayed till the wee hours of the morning and is paying for it today…hehehehe. Adrian and I are going to Aunt D’s BBQ and get to FINALLY meet cousin Maddox.
Cousins: Adrian Touching Maddox Being Held by Cavyn
Just Chillin'
Today Adrian is 8 months old! He tried egg yolks-scrambled with quinoa (an old-world super grain) for lunch. He is eating lots of finger foods and loves it although he’ll still eat when mom feeds him with a spoon. He loves holding his own spoon and practices putting it in his mouth while eating. He loves drinking water, not from his sippy, but from mom’s glass (eewww floaties). Sometimes he gets to try seasoned food from mom’s plate also…today he enjoyed some green chili on his eggs. The other day he tried swiss chard (green tops of beets) cooked in chicken broth. Dad would like to give him hot sauce however mom has to intervene, not until he can protest with words. So far he likes everything he’s tried but especially LOVES yogurt and avocado and cheerios.

Adrian FINALLY slept through the night for two nights in a row, Monday and Tuesday. Our routine is bath and/or just jammies, lotion, cuddling and maybe a story, nurse, fall asleep, put in his bed at 9pm. He sometimes wakes at midnight and again b/n 2-4am and again at 6am and gets up at 8. It varies night to night but on Tuesday I needed some sleep so I put him to bed at 9, closed his door, closed my door, turned off the monitor and woke up at 5:20 surprised and very worried that he hadn’t gotten up yet! He was fine and must have smelled me or heard me and woke up 2 seconds later. Next night I did the same but fed him at 11 while he was half asleep to ensure that he would stay asleep and he did until 5. Also he’s been sleeping later, he used to get up at 7:30 and he’s slept till 8 or 9 lately. Of course traveling threw him off his past schedule a little. Last night I screwed it all up with going to bed late and leaving him in my bed but we’ll get back on track.

Trip Review

We all had fun..it was great to see our family. I'm glad Judah could be there with us.

Adrian flew on his first airplane ride and did great! Only cranky at naptime but settled right down and fell asleep. Other babies wailed from the pressure when taking off and landing but Adrian was fine!

Adrian met his Gpa Biss and Mima (Karen), Great G'ma Phyllis, and the rest of the family: Uncle Shane and Uncle Bobby(again), Aunt Leanne and Aunt Veronica(again). We had breakfast on Christmas morning with the Biss Family.

Adrian also met his Great Aunt Sharon and Ann, Great Uncle Joe, Great G'pa Amato, Cousins: Eric and Justin and Lauren. Spent Christmas afternoon for dinner with the Amato family.

He tried strawberries, blueberries, multi-grain cereal and cheerios. He's eating cottage cheese now also. He's doing great picking up finger foods like cheerios, curds of cottage cheese, and pieces of whole wheat bread or dried fruits or bananas. He's still eating home-made foods and Barry got me a food processor so I can make even more baby food faster!

He was spoiled with toys and clothes including Baby Uggs from Aunt Ronnie, and professional photos from Great G'pa. We only had to have 3 boxes shipped back to us plus Judah brought an extra suitcase full of jackets, etc from Gpa. G'pa Biss' friend gave Adrian a basketball hoop and a bumbo chair also! They were so excited to meet him since they'd heard so much about him already.

Home Again

We got home yesterday. Flight left a few minutes past 9am. Landed a little past noon. We stopped at Johnson's Corner and grabbed a bite to eat. Judah drove us home and hung out for awhile although I don't know when he left b/c baby and I took a bath and went to bed at 5:30pm. Stayed there till 8am. WOW!

NJ for the holidays

Made it to NJ! Flight was straight from Denver. We made it to the gate 10 minutes before we took off! The flight landed 1/2 hour early. Adrian did great...except for crying for his bed at naptime. Finally fell asleep for about 40min nap, then we landed.

Got to aunt's house and had dinner. Everyone was so excited to see the baby! He was in a great mood...especially loves his cousin Eric.

A Boy in a Box

Although Adrian could be perfectly happy with his box playpen, toilet paper roll toy and box toys...here is a link to Adrian's Amazon Wishlist...books, etc...! Seriously I don't expect anything...people just keep asking what he needs so I thought I'd at least think it through and know what I wanted/needed for him.

Here is my wishlist on Amazon. I'm not out in a shopping mood this year. I think I got Barry and Adrian something...then sent out xmas pics. Sorry for the humbug-ness but I feel like I don't have time...HOWEVER...I am planning on having an after xmas get-together/party at my house maybe on Sat 3rd Jan. for all those who missed Adrian's 1st xmas and who we missed during xmas-time. Maybe potluck style and we'll pick up some beer and wine.

We're leaving tomorrow AM!!! I packed us up today, cleaned the house, did some shopping/returning of things not xmas related, then cleaned house more. Adrian had a tough time falling asleep....probably feels like he's going to miss something with all the comotion around here.

Last two nights he's nursed then almost falling asleep starts laughing when he looks at me, which makes me laugh, which makes him laugh harder. It gets to the point where if we look at each other, it's a new burst of laughter. He's so happy!!!

He's definitely thinning out too. Not as 'healthy' as I was when I was a baby-as my dad said, I was 'too healthy'. Barry said he looks like me today...that made me happy b/c he's always looked soooo much like his daddy.

7 months 2 weeks

Baby Soup! YUM!

Wow! Congrats to all the new mommies and babies out there: Rachel and Leo, Christie and Maddox, and Angela and her little angel! Everyone's story is unique and all we can hope for are healthy babies no matter how easy or hard that road is. I can't wait to meet my cousin/nephew Maddox. I'm sick and can't go visit till I'm well but I can't wait to meet him.
Adrian's such a big boy and I can't believe it because if feels like he was just a newborn! Now he's trying to figure out crawling. He can scoot onto his knees and rock, propell himself backwards away from his toys (?), and move from sitting forward into crawling then SPLAT position! He doesn't cry when he falls backwards or forwards or sideways but he also has pretty good balance and doesn't fall much. I always hope that babies don't skip a step such as 'crawling' or whatever b/c in my experience they tend to be super clumsy! Maybe that's what happened to me.

He also loves standing and holding on, he's pretty good at it and is so strong!
He is becoming so intentional with his social interactions. He leans forward for snuggles and rubs his face to mine. I've gotten a few big open mouth kisses on the cheek! He loves looking at himself in the mirror as well as playing with other babies such as Ashden at childcare. Ashden showed him how to stick out his tongue! I guess today he was getting kisses from Madalynn at childcare and was cracking up for a long time! She's 3 and loves playing with him. He usually laughs at her games.
Adrian Found His Tongue! Now he can't stop feeling his tooth with it and chewing on it. He makes lots of new faces that I've never seen before.

On another note, he's been sick and fussy. We've both been sick. Also whenever he's bored and not being held, he lifts his arms and makes the most sad pathetic 'I'm going to cry with real tears if you don't pick me up now' face when you look at him. If you turn away and are busy in another room, he just moans. He's so dramatic! I have no idea where he gets it. He's moving into the separation/stranger anxiety stage but only gets anxious when he's tired. Otherwise still easy going!
On Dec 11th and 12th I had that training in Denver for work so Adrian got to hang out all day Thur with Aunt Christie and Aunt Doreen!!! And Friday he hung out all day with Aunt Doreen!! He had an absolutely wonderful 'spoiled' one-on-one time!!! The training was interesting: ADHD and Disorders. I was sick with an extreme sore throat, cough, and congested...still hasn't gone away. I feel bad for Adrian who has the same thing. I wonder if it could be strep but who knows. It better be gone before xmas vacation!

Adrian in Aunt Doreen's Nursery!
Adrian has also added a few things to his diet! Broccoli, Spinach, Cheerios broken in half! He's practicing using his pincer grasp and putting them in his mouth. Today was the first time he was consistently successful. His faves are still avocado and yogurt! He likes all his fruits and vegies so far-as long as they're the right texture.

7 Months & 5 Days

Yes...the days still count.

Barry's xmas party was tonight at the Stonehouse Grill downtown. Barry said the food is all Scottish and it was very good, especially the dessert. I met Barry late after I got off work. I was busy until 7 which was when it started. I made it in time for everything though.

There is a big xmas party for my work on the 13th however we have our unit retreat at our supervisor's house this coming tuesday.

Adrian slept from 10:15 until 2:30 this morning at Amber's!!!! He is fighting off a cold with stuffy sniffles and a little cough. He's in a good mood as usual just sleeping more and sounding stuffed up. Due to his long nap he of course did not want to go to bed for G'ma and G'pa tonight and finally fell asleep at 11pm for mom.

My house is in disarray! HELP! I still haven't called my neighbor although I talked to her and she's up for coming over and cleaning for me.

Lots to do this weekend:
Make more baby food-spinach and broccoli
Go to Library
Take pics for xmas card
Set up xmas tree
Clean house
Laundry
Shovel back yard
Clean car
Pay Bills
Make Adrian's xmas gift
Finish ornaments
Cuddle my baby every second I can
